Arhanta Yoga

Arhanta Yoga® is an international organization specialized in yoga education which takes place at its two traditional yoga ashrams (residential yoga schools) : the Arhanta Yoga Ashram India  and the Arhanta Yoga Ashram Netherlands.

We follow the lineage of Swami Sivananda for Classical Hatha Yoga and the non sectarian philosophy of the ancient Vedas.

Arhanta Yoga aims to create and provide a professional environment for high quality education of classical yoga and ancient Vedic philosophy.

Arhanta started with this goal in 2009, and since its inception more than 600 students have studied and graduated as certified yoga teachers. We organize following professional yoga training courses at our ashrams:

• Internationally accredited 200 hour yoga teacher training courses
• Internationally accredited 300 hour yoga teacher training courses
• Internationally accredited 500 hour yoga teacher training courses
• Continuing education for yoga teachers

Apart from professional courses, we also provide beginner’s courses, yoga retreats and yoga vacations to students from all backgrounds and experience levels.

Our ashrams are residential yoga schools providing high quality education following the traditional Indian Gurukul system. Both of our ashrams are located in peaceful locations which are perfect for learning and practicing yoga, meditation and other yogic practices for spiritual growth. Both of our ashrams are easily reachable and well connected to main cities with public transportation.

Arhanta Yoga Ashram India

Our yoga ashram in India is located in the crime free area of Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh. Khajuraho is an ancient city and a UNESCO world heritage site famous for its ancient temples. The ashram is spread over 17 acres of beautiful green land and surrounded with hills and forests. The ashram has residential facilities for up to 50 students at a time. The ashram is situated only 16km from the Khajuraho airport and 14km from the Khajuraho train station. There are daily direct fights and trains from New Delhi to Khajuraho.

Arhanta Yoga Ashram Netherlands

Our yoga ashram in the Netherlands is located near the city of Arnhem in the beautiful province of Gelderland. The ashram is spread over 4 acres of lush green land surrounded with forests and grasslands. The ashram has residential facilities for up to 27 students at a time. The ashram is easily reachable by train and bus from the airports of Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The nearest train station is only 2km away.
